Over the last several months, eBizITPA worked with experts from the Harrisburg area and the PA eCommerce Association to put together a broadband educational piece for public consumption. The paper, entitled “Making the Case for Business Investment in Broadband: A White Paper, Primer and Business Case Examples of Broadband in Rural Areas” was designed to define broadband in easily understandable terms, shed light on the benefits of broadband, and identify steps for broadband access and implementation. SEDA-COG has announced a new fund for entrepreneurs looking for financing to start or expand a business. It is called SEDA-COG Microloan Fund and was capitalized by the US Small Business Administration. The loans are from $2,500 to $35,000. Contact SEDA-COG directly to check on eligibility.
